Can I buy gift cards to The VOID?

Yes! We are pleased to offer VOID Gift Cards this holiday season. VOID Gift Cards may be purchased online and in person at participating VOID locations. 


Please note: Upon online purchase of a digital gift card, your designated gift card recipient will receive an instant email notification containing their gift card information. If you would like to keep the surprise until the date of your choosing, please enter your email address at the time of purchase and share the email when desired.


VOID Gift Cards are only valid at the VOID location for which they were purchased. Upon purchase, the VOID Gift Card may not be redeemed at any other VOID location, and is not applicable towards in-store merchandise, photos, or prior purchases. The gift card email confirmation (“Instructions”) or the back of the physical gift card will identify the location name for recipients. Questions? Contact us at support@thevoid.com.

I received a gift card to The VOID, how can I redeem?

Redeeming your VOID Gift Card is easy. Visit THEVOID.com, navigate to the VOID location displayed on your VOID Gift Card, and select the experience of your choice. Click to buy tickets, add your booking details and navigate to the “Coupon Code” field on the payment screen. Type in your gift card code and the value of your gift card will be applied to your booking.


The VOID cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cards, or any unauthorized use of gift cards. VOID Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.


NOTE: VOID Gift Cards are only valid at the designated VOID location. Can I use my gift card at any VOID location?

At this time, VOID Gift Cards are only valid at the specified VOID location. Please refer to your gift card email confirmation (“Instructions”) or the back of the physical gift card for location name. Questions? Contact us at support@thevoid.com.

Can I use a VOID Gift Card to attend a specific experience?

Gift cards can be used for any available experience at the specified location. Please check THEVOID.com for the current schedule. Some of our experiences are seasonal.

I redeemed by VOID Gift Card. Why is it still asking for my credit card?

Your gift card may not cover the full order total, which can include sales taxes, processing fees and/or the difference of your order. Gift card funds will be applied to your order total first, and any remaining amount will be covered by your credit card.


How do I check my gift card balance?

How can I add value to existing Gift Card?

At this time, you cannot add value to either digital or physical gift cards.
